tonight matthew im going to be a fat carb freak - thats how i feel

b-oatmeal with cinnamon made with almond milk (it was a small handful of oats) approx 250-260 cals (not having these again)

snack- 1 apple (46 calories)

3 green teas (2 with mint 1 with lemon yuuum)

l- 4 falafals (addictive much haha 144 cals) (carbs yet again)

dinner - Sainsburys Tom Yum king prawn soup (263 calories) i will NOT be having this again. I feel so ill from it and it was carbs (waaah)

snack - 1 raw nakd cocoa orange bar 143? i dunno its confusing like i say on the site its says 131 on the packet it says like 143 (carbs again)

ARGHHHHHHHH

feel so damn fat good job i worked out like a pro now tomorrow i have to waste time working off these carbs instead of fat

40 minutes INTENSE hill climb intervals (HIIT training) on Xtrainer (i was sweating like crazy hahaha over 400 calories burnt)

20 minutes on the treadmilll on high high incline and fast walk (over 200 calories)

16 minutes on the bike interval hill climb (just over 100 calories burnt)

I also did a few leg exercise machines

I also did Level 1 day 1 of the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred

tomorrow will be home made fruit juice with spirulina for breakfast then protein and veggies for the rest of the day

I also get my hempshake tomorrow :))) woooop

Just did it and i agree ^^ I am quite good at cardio but this i found pretty tough but im gonna try keep up with it
